My Husband suffers from neuropathy but loves to garden. He needed a light weight, waterproof, dirt proof shoe and I selected these. He now wants another pair to ware out and about! I highly recommend these especially if you have issues with your feet or legs!

Bought these to use when I rode my bike. They are comfortable, but cheaply made. I'll stick with my crocs. Z

Doggers, Men's Ultralite, Black/Black and White Checker, Size 12/13,by Doggers .I bought my DOGGERS at CVS Pharmacy as a pair of slippers with arch supports to wear around the house and prevent any stubbed/broken toes. They can be tightened up to prevent looseness, and toes jamming up against the front of the shoe. The only complaints that I have, are a bit of sweatiness, even with socks, since they are rubber and since they are not lined or padded, -and the fact that unlike shoes, they bend up on the sides if your feet are under your chair, straining your small toes after a few hours at the computer. The holes in the tops are ok for walking outside, and allow some ventilation, as long as there are no puddles to get your feet wet. For gardening, I prefer to wear an old pair of dress shoes instead, to keep my feet clean. I don’t imagine that they would be very good to wear at the beach, as the holes would admit sand and make them too tight. You would be better off at the beach if you were to wear sandals or flip-flops. As house slippers, I find these DOGGERS to be very comfortable to wear. They seem to sell out quickly in the drugstores when the summer items are put on the shelves, so if you try them and like them, don’t wait very long before buying an extra pair. I use my doggers for everything except going out to an expensive restaurant. I hike in them, I use them for construction work, I use them around the house, in the garden and even going out to the movies. They are supper comfortable, very light weight and durable. They are the lowest cost natural foot wear available. After switching to wearing doggers my foot, knee and ankle problems have greately reduced and mostly gone away.
