Didn’t like it
When you carry the bag and starting walking it is making too much noise because of the zips

Not durable
Saw this backpack at Staples and decided to purchase from Amazon as I do with most things I buy. My son is using this for school (we are at the end of week 2, 8 days of use) and the side pocket (water bottle holder) as already ripped making it unusable. Not what you would expect from a 100.00 backpack! Going to see if there is anyway to have this repaired or replaced. Hopefully they will acknowledge this as a manufacturers defect....

Good backpack with caveats
I have been using the bag exclusively for a couple of weeks now. It seems well made. The back straps and cushions in the back are very comfortable to wear and easy to take on and off. I have very wide shoulders and a lot of backpacks are not easy to get on/off.My Rambler fits in the water pocket, barely. I think the water pockets could use some elastic to be more functional. The snap closure on the water pouch is nice when it is not in use for a cleaner look. The front pocket is nice, for quick grab items. The straps on the front pocket extend plenty to hold a light jacket. There is a pocket underneath the front flap that I have no idea what its intended purpose is supposed to be. It is deep but extremely thin. I just put a couple of spare face masks in there, otherwise seems pretty useless. The laptop pocket is a good size and is nicely padded and the main pocket has a lot of room. I haven’t purchased a battery to utilize the external USB port yet, but I do plan on it.Now for my personal caveats. This is in no way meant as a negative to the product, but is information on how I am using it and what is not working for me. I have a lot of every day carry items that I like to have quick access to (multi-tool, flashlight, multi-bit screwdriver, iPad, charging cords, notebook, eye glasses and sunglasses, small umbrella). The front pouch is good for usb cables and wireless headphones and the like but that is about it. The laptop brick charger and everything else end up in the main pocket which means you have to dig to find what you want. I just wish there were better internal pockets for organization. But from what I was seeing out there before deciding on this bag, that doesn’t seem to be very common. If I can find a way to organize the main pocket, this bag would be perfect.Hope this helps.
