Aagrah Indian Spice Curry Powder - Mixed Selection (Pack of 4X 50g Pots) - Authentic Restaurant Recipe Marinade Blend

Each spice mix is great. I've added some to yogurt, lemon juice and a little oil and they each make a great marinade for chicken and paneer. I've added some to sautéed vegetables to great effect, the same with adding it to a dal. I even made a simple Indian inspired (chickpea) Belela style salad and substituted the traditional spices for a teaspoon or two of any of these, they work really well. Don't get me wrong, I'm still ordering a takeout from Aagrah Doncaster on Friday night haha, but these spices really do work well for making some quick midweek meals taste even better and without the fuss of raiding the spice cupboard too.
