Q: What water temp does it handle and what’s is the mm?

Its 0 MM and I posted a review about this item. My recommendation to not buy it. Its not true to size and the short zipper makes it impossible to remove when wet. The company than offered me a refund because I wasn't satisfied and then refused to honor their offer.

It will not protect you from cold water. You want to look for a neoprene wetsuit not a spandex one.

I can only tell you what my experience was. The sizes are not true to our expectations. I weigh 128, I am 5’6. I got a woman’s large because my sister had already figured out the size issue.
