It would do the job but its cheap for a reason and difficult to fit
The plastic was brittle and hard, and the peg was part of the same moulding. The peg was impossible to get in the hole. TBH I didn't try very hard.Some lubrication or vaseline would probably help

Reasonable quality for the price but does not fit XF X250
All good except does not fit X250, some people said it did fit. Little hole is missing where string attaches, can be drilled with 6mm drill bit then pin on the fuel door pulled out , insert into newly drilled hole, and reassemble. Take fuel cap apart to install new string holder.
