I had a specific set of organizational needs in my bathroom and this item solved them all. If you're not in my situation then I can see why you might only give this item 4 stars, but for me, I saw this item, it looked like exactly what I wanted, and when I put it together and installed it my expectations were exceeded.This item is for the experienced assembler. If you're comfortable with Ikea and have the know-how to rig together other Amazon shelves with sparse assembly instructions then this is the shelf for you!For what this thing is and what it costs, the quality should meet your expectations. The drawer piece is actually very Ikea-like... not a hard drawer but more one of those flexible canvas drawers with a hard-bottom insert that slides between the gap in the bottom shelving.Fun fact: the width of the shelves is just about the standard 16" between wall studs in american residential building standards. I was (almost completely) able to get the 4 mounting screws in studs with out drywall anchors (3/4 aint bad). I do wish the wall-mounting wood screws were 1/2" (~1.5 cm) longer to catch a stud a little deeper.It would have been nice if the cross bars (one of which is the towel rack) had a different finish.

It looks snazzy and seems alright for now.But getting the 4 slotted holes on the shelf to lineup with the 4 wall anchors is an exercise in futility. The first 2 I put up were off by 1/8" and thus impossible to hang the shelf on. I repositioned the wall anchors and managed to get the top 2 slotted holes on their wall anchors and said, "to hell with it. This is fine".As long as nobody tries to do pull ups from it, it should be fine as it is.

Noticed other comments about the exposed holes along the side. I agree. Looks nice and is solidly made, but I didn't notice the drawer in the listing being soft. It works pretty good, but I have never seen this before. Would rather it be a typical drawer, but I suppose this is okay.Assembly went well, as everything lined up properly. Quite a few screws, so a it is way easier using a powered screw gun. They are hex. so you will need that bit for your gun. Using the tool provided is impractical. Installation is not simple. Moderately difficult. It is because you have 4 mounting screws that have to be almost perfectly laid out. Since they rely on plastic anchors, you cannot miss by 1/8 and expect it to work. In my case, I had a stud for one side, which is more ideal. I highly recommend you measure 2-3 times to ensure distance and levelness. On my six pack scale, this was a 3 beer job!

This shelf is great and very sturdy

Easy to assemble. Fits alot of products.Back bottom rod was difficult to install so left it off.

I like everything about this product except for one thing. When you are hanging this, its a REAL PAIN to get the screws lined up properly because you can't see what you are doing. It could have been made a lot easier if there was a hole in the front of the back parts so you could just insert the screw and power drive the screw into the wall. Took me way longer to install because of this. But it looks good and is sturdy.

We recently bought a new home and have to remodel alllll the bathrooms. This one is going in a bathroom that looks modern/farmhouse chic and its the perfect fit with the black racks and rustic wood. There’s lots of great variety of options on amazon more than any other store I’ve looked- I like that this one combos the shelving that I wanted along with a towel rack and even a drawer for storage. This is great for storing my essential oils that I often use in the kids bath! The faux leather front looks really nice too with the brass handle. I love it!
