Unforgettable: Season 3

It’s a mystery, it’s a love story. It’s about friendships with fellow workers, about getting answers to heartbreaking questions. It’s a “shoot ‘‘em up” but without violence and blood and guts. It’s a good way to watch a mystery without sitting on the edge of your seat.

I love the show but I don't understand why you have to pay more for season 4 than 3

I love everything about the show - almost. the dialogue is super, and Carrie's delivery of it makes the whole thing so genuine and real. Love the dynamic between Al and Carrie, but again Carrie is the one who shines. BUT I wish they'd get someone in wardrobe to bring her clothes and costumes up to her superb standards. Everyone on the team shows up in suits and ties, beautifully tailored silks and slacks, and there's Carrie - same ole black zippered jacket over and over, baggy blouse that is exactly the wrong length, over and over, and skinny jeans that just don't fit. They look like she just pulled them out of the clothes hamper. What is she - undercover or what? With such a hot show, couldn't they afford a stylist that could make the most of her beautiful assets and keep her in character at the same time. Hell, I'm a garden designer and i could dress her better.Julianne

Poppy Montgomery single-handedly makes this show. She is simply outstanding as the beautiful lady cop who remembers everything -- literally. Dylan Walsh, as her sidekick, is competent and the tongue-in-cheek chemistry between these one-time lovers from their former days as Syracuse cops and now of the NYC Major Crimes Unit is the comic relief any good crime show requires to keep it from becoming too heavy, but it is Montgomery as Carrie Wells who makes it truly unforgettable. Her technique of solving crimes by recalling infinitesimal details from crime and other connected scenes (although no one but Carrie suspects that they are connected) is unique and invariably fascinating. What must it be like to have a memory that actually stores everything it sees or hears? It is unimaginable and even a little frightening, but Montgomery carries this off with consistent good humor and a true serio/comedic talent. Unusual and extremely entertaining show -- well-written, directed, and filmed -- that I sincerely hope will have a long run.

Having been hooked on the series in the first two seasons, I wasn't going to miss this 3rd season. I can't abide watching series as broadcast, (commercials, waiting a week between eps),...have to binge watch, and DVDs give me access even if a streaming service deletes old content. These DVDs had no technical problems, have played reliably in my machines, and were delivered quickly. Fans of Carrie and AL need to see these, whether it's 3am, in a car (w/ player), or ten years down the line.

Good show

There is a lot more human element, humor and interesting cases. I have read reviews and think that you should end your collection with this one.
