I am a fitness instructor who is working out at home . I needed a lighter kettlebell option and these were at a discount on Amazon prime day . The kettlebell is great for a beginner . Changing the plates are easy . I prefer a more rounder horn , which this doesn’t have ; makes the grip more comfortable . And if you have to compare this to an iron kettlebell of the same weight , this would be more on the lighter side as iron is heavier . But as I said this is great for a beginner .
