I am sitting in my yard once a week with my singing bowl to stave off a lot of negativity around me, to open my heart to what is, and to accept the people in my life who are negative by sending them love. It has a beautiful and powerful, far-reaching resonance. WOW! You might even not want to give it the full force of its power if you are in a small space, it depends on each person and your "audience" or whoever is present. I love the full force of its power. It's beautiful, well made, and has multiple mallets or sticks to use as well as an O ring to sit on. I LOVE it so much. One day I will also buy the third eye bowl, I believe that's the note "a", can't recall. But wow. What a gift this is. I heard the third eye singing bowl resonating at a shop I went to. It was wonderful. I had the beginning of a headache that was washed away immediately. I highly recommend these products. Thank you for the beauty! The "push or tension" you create when you engage the stick or mallet to the top, side of the bowl is the key to a smooth and ever-increasing sound. (It took me a while to figure that one out. I am a newbie )

I use this bowl for sound healing and to meditate, arrived in great condition!

The quality met my expectation for the price. Perfectly tuned to 432hz.It has one black spot on the bowl but that didn't not seem to affect the quality of the sound.Having three types of mallets is nice as a beginner trying to figure out what works the best.The cases are well made as well.The first one I ordered was missing mallets, mallet case, and O ring, and I had to order replacement, so that was disappointing. If you have any issue, I'd recommend replacing an entire order through Amazon rather than trying to contact the seller on your own.It was frustrating not being able to contact the seller since there was probably nothing wrong with the bowl itself though...

Love my new bowl. I have a full set of 7 bowls, but broke the heart chakra bowl, so this is a replacement. It fits just fine with the rest of my bowls. Good purchase, sound is great, quality is what I was hoping for

I had broken my heart (F) note. I looked for a replacement. The last one I bought was barely different tone from Sacral bowl. So I bought from the place and the sound was right! Very happy with the purchase, and bag that comes with it. Nice set up.

This was purchased as a gift ...however we opened, inspected and tested (played with) this 10", F note, crystal singing bowl before repacking it back up in it's original box. It is extremely well packaged in the vendor box, which came in a larger Amazon box. Arrived very quickly, in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. We will be passing this item on to it's intended recipient next week, and have no reason to believe they will not be most pleased with it.I will offer the the following comments/observations on this product: It is NOT a toy! It is surprising heavy for it's size ...and obviously fragile. It need only be struck lightly to start it vibrating and stroking the bowl with the enclosed striker greatly amplifies the vibration and volume of the bowl. In fact, we found that it did not actually have to be struct, but that we could set the bowl to singing simply by stroking the top rim of the bowl with the suede striker. As an engineer familiar with the properties of 'natural frequency', vibration and resonance of materials ...I have little reason to doubt that this product could easily (and unknowingly) be driven to a state of 'self destruction' ...which might explain some of the negative reviews concerning breakage.
