did not remove anything and noticed nothing.

Defective and useless
Terrible product. Super thick so it is uncomfortable. Worst part is the adhesion is bound together on one side of the device. So you peel it like a band aid and the other side just tears and destroys the whole mechanism. I thought maybe it was just a couple that were defective. Nope, the whole box. Useless. Even when you use foot tape to keep it on.

Not worth a dime
Glue strip came off each one when opening. Had to use a bandaid to put them on. Chemical was VERY strong! It burned.

I think the items need to be recalled back from the market
Have to return the item I thought I could manage it but the elastic always cut off on the other end and would not stay even when I use tape to hold it.
