Built quality is good but fan is not much powerful, it's only rotating if i put my hand on it I don't feel like any air is flowingAccording to it's quality it's price is little high it should in 400-500

Fan stopped working

I needed the cooling pad for laptop as i work for long hours from home. This product came with a sigh of relief as the mente cooling pad is best in terms of quality and the price is really affordable seeing such quality stuff supplied by mente.There is a adjustable support in the back with which 3 levels of height can be adjustws which is already feeling comfortable for my neck and back.Highly recommended from me since you get best quality at such affordable price and which really serves the purpose of cooling for laptop

Fan is silent as mentioned. However rpm is low! Could be the reason for being silent. Does the job ok.

I wants to return this product but only replacement option is there. I don't like product. Very bad quality.

The product is ok for normal usage but not good for gaming the plastic quality is cheap and fans are working normal need to be upgraded to word well..Jo do port hai ek me wire lagaoge same speed hi dega bhale do me lagao
