Q: Will this work on black hair?

The colors that show up best on dark hair are pink parade, peacock blue and purple reign. It won't look as vibrant on dark hair as it does on blonde hair, but it does show. :)

Q: Would rose gold work well on short black hair?

It would be too pastel for black hair. The colors that show best on black hair are pink parade, purple reign, blue Monday, plum, crimson and peacock blue.

Q: Two questions that are sort of the same question: first can i use this on damp/wet hair and 2 can i sprits my hair w/ water if i have this in my hair?

I would not recommend it on wet hair, at least that’s not how I did it. I think it would dilute it and wouldn’t spread as well. And if you apply it to dry hair and then spritz it, it could run into other parts of the hair or spread in a way you might not like it. But it could be good since I don’t know exactly how that works. Best with dry hair
