Gold Rush Premium Jerky 15 Oz. (Desert Fire Hot)

Made in litchfield OH, the company provides a different whole meat beef jerky from the traditional store bought. Most jerky is ground and formed, they use whole meat laving the taste and softness yet full exquisite flavor not found in traditional jerky.

This product has a sell by date of April 17, 2025. Went to get it out of the cupboard and it's full of mold. $36.00 in the garbage.

I used to get this stuff from Gibraltar trade center for years. It's the best jerky I've ever had/found. At Gibraltar they would put it on a scale like at a deli. I think it was slightly cheaper and a little fresher that way rather than being packaged and distributed. Sadly Gibraltar closed a couple years ago and I was without my favorite jerky. With extensive googling I finally found what company was supplying the amish cheese stand at Gibraltar and now it's on amazon!Honey bbq, and mild are great. If you like heat desert fire is hands down the best. Yes it's expensive, but is such a good snack once in a while. Maybe just don't share it! Lol

I really like this jerky! So flavorful

Would be a 5 star if they would leave out the nitrates. Otherwise good tender jerky that tastes great! 👌🏼

Soft and delicate texture, but the flavor of mild and also habanero chipotle could be a little more complex.

Package arrived and was already molded. Put in for a refund.

This is probably the best beef jerky I’ve ever had. Excellent flavor and texture, well worth the price. I bought three more varieties after trying the honey barbecue.
