Il libro è scritto in lingua inglese. Da molti e buoni consigli sul trattamento naturale di tutto il corpo, alle diverse età della vita. Esaustivo.

This is a great book with lots of recipes except it only has two mask recipes for the eye section. There was no recipes for eye cream or oil. I find the makeup section is unnecessary since this is a natural beauty book, I would expect it to be only covering on how to make natural skincare products.
