My trailing plant had decided enough was enough with the 30 degree heat and threw itself off the top of the fridge. After clearing the remains off the kitchen floor, feeling guilty, I realise it could be revived if I replanted it in a bigger pot. And watered it more frequently. My bad. I needed something lightweight so I could easily lift it down from the fridge for said watering, and this pot fit the bill. Heck it even came with its own saucer. Done deal. The pot arrived quickly but in a humongous box and wrapped in plastic. Maybe someone was worried it was going to get wet?However, I noticed that there were no drainage holes. Not wanting to return it I thought how hard can it be to make my own? Turns out more difficult than expected. Trying to drill holes resulted in cracking the bottom, which still worked in the fact that it lets excess water through, but not the way I had intended. My plant though seems to have forgiven me as it's in it's new home, thriving, on top of the fridge. And yes, being watered more often.

No idea why the stand is with it as no holes in pot for drainage

Great looking pots, nice and sturdy and don't look like cheap plastic as the matte finish on them looks good.Only thing I would suggest is to drill holes if using them outside as they have none - would have been good if they had pilot holes for this as without any drainage the saucer is just decorative.

I like the pot overall the colour is fun and it is quite sturdy. I probably didn't read the full description properly but I thought as this has a main plant pot and a shallow drainage pot below that there would be drainage holes in the main pot but they're aren't. Sometimes you buy pots and they're are guide holes which can drill through this product doesn't have these. I attempted a drill (do not recommend) but was able to make drainage holes using a screw driver. Pot still looks nice it just seems a bit silly selling it with an water catcher at the bottom if the pot has no drainage.

I bought this to put my avocado plant in a larger pot as it was getting too big for it's other one. This pot is a good size but doesn't have drainage holes. I was in two minds about sending it back because of this but all the other pots around this size were too expensive. It works well and looks good so I kept it.

Does the job intended for

Good pot and a nice size, but with the tray I assumed it would come with drainage holes and it didn’t. I drilled some in myself but just something to be mindful of if you can’t do that!
