Nice to have post pregnancy
My wife had been using it from the past three months. She is feeling very comfortable with the belt. It gives nice support for back and a tightens the stomach and pelvis area.Few negative points:- the velcro part of the belt is a bit harsh and has caused some rash on my kids skin a few times- the velcro strength is not upto mark.

Better to purchase next size. And these are very thin layered polyster elastic bands. But, these are good after delivery. BUT CAUTION, PLEASE ASK YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE YOU USE THE BELT. WHEN DOCTOR PRESCRIBED FOR BELT THEN ONLY PURCHASE. THESE ARE LIGHT WEIGHT AND BREATHABLE. BUT, VERY LESS CUSHIONING. CHECK THE DOCTOR SUGGEDTED ONE IN HOSPITAL AND THEN BUY ONLINE. BOTH WORKS SAME BUT START USING WHEN DOCTOR PRESCRIBED.
