Its NOT eggs! Super cocktails and bakes!
Whilst I didn't really need this much product, the pricing was so good that it was worth it! I love what the Aquafaba does to a gin sour(see OGGs website for recipe - so many good recipes here!) and I am looking forward to trying the French toast - apparently its incredible!

Perfect for cocktails!
Used in Amaretto sours - perfect. I'm not vegan, just couldn't be bothered cracking eggs when I had a lot of cocktails to make.

Short expiration date
I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. Just be aware that it only had 4 months of life before the expiration date which is quite low for a quantity this size!

Works really well
Bought these on a whim and it works really well. Made the bang bang broccoli and excited to try more bits and bobs with it. Works just as well as egg. Will buy again

So much better than chickpeas!
I have tried with chickpea brine for years, and the results were so hit or miss. Even when it was a hit though...it was never this good!

Such an easy egg alternative to use in everyday baking and cooking!
So easy to use the OGGS egg alternative instead of eggs. I used it to cook pancakes, and they were delicious!
