Beautiful planner
The media could not be loaded. Beautiful planner as a new vegan this is very helpful it has your vitamin tracker your key vitamins such as B12 and vitamin D.I like the fact that it is not a numbered ,the months are not written in this means you can take a break whenever you want which is really good because I’m not the type of person that keeps track of my meals weekly sometimes I will do it sometimes I won’t so this is very helpful.

brilliant if you are looking to meal plan
I'm not completely plant based - we eat plant based 4 days a week as a family and are working on reducing our animal product consumption but it is a work in progress for us.We have also started trying to meal plan and prep more to save money and reduce waste and our impact on the world.This is perfect for meal planning - the freezer section is really useful for us as I often forget what I have in the freezer and then duplicate items - using this and knowing what we have in the freezer has meant us using up freezer items and also if feeling tired and not in the mood to cook lets us know what we have thats already batch made to grab and eat.I find the consumption list also handy as I personally do not eat enough fruit and veg and am more likely to reach for some crisps or chocolate than a piece of fruit or veg - however trying to get in the right amount every day means I am snacking more on fruit, veg and nuts to try and hit the daily goals.The shopping list is a bit small for my use - however what I find myself doing is using this to make a note of any of the cupboard staples I have used up on a meal or any items I need for the following weeks meal plan.You get 49 pages to use and you can start using it whenever you like as the month/date is blank.Pages are good quality with no bleed through from pen and I like that it has the spiral flip option so you can flip back and see what you have done previously.I would have liked a few extra blank pages at the back for making a note of recipes but apart from that its a really good planner to assist you with meal planning and healthy eating.Bargain at £9.99 and would recommend

Excellent healthy eating and lifestyle planner for 49 weeks.
This is an excellent meal planner for anyone needing to plan their meals ensuring that they have not forgotten the essentials of a healthy diet and lifestyle. It is printed on good quality FSC paper. It is designed so that you can hang it up in a convenient place in your kitchen but I can see I will be using it daily so it will live on my kitchen table.I like the ‘Consumption check list’ reminding me of the essential healthy diet and hydration but it also includes reminder to supplement with vitamin B12 as well as Vitamin D from the sun or also by supplementation. There is also a reminder to take Omega 3 by way of supplementation or by eating flaxseeds. I particularly like the reminder to enjoy some exercise every day.There are a further two sections, one for ‘In the freezer’ so a great reminder for meals frozen from a batch cooking session. The other one is a handy 19 line ‘shopping list’ which one can take a shot of and have on one’s phone when going shopping.On the planner there is a section for one’s daily exercise so if there is any reluctance this is helpful prompt until it becomes an automatic part of one’s day.The only criticism I have is that they have only given 49 weeks-worth assuming I guess that one will be on holiday for 3 weeks a year so will not need it, otherwise I find this a strange number as it would be a nice to have a record for the whole year. The planner can be started at any time as there is a blank box for the month and the dates of the week. I recommend it and I am sure that I will buy the next one for myself when this one runs out.I had very fast delivery and it came in its own paper envelope with no plastic wrapping at all. Excellent, it was then packaged in the appropriately sized cardboard box.

Then with each corresponding day I'm able to tick the check list which let's me know exactly how many of what I've had that day.Its A4 in size and when I got to go back to hospital I can pop it in my bag and the Dr's will have all the information needed.

Go this meal planner for my daughter who started her weight loss journey. This weekly meal planner tracks your daily meals and plans your meals and what your consume throughout the day, your water intake and your daily exercise and your shopping list and more. There is 50 weeks worth of meal planning dairy and keeps you in track daily. You fill it out what you had for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, water intake, calories and more. This is perfect and easy to use and follow. It’s very encouraging and love the floral design and bright colour. Definitely recommend it for anyone who is gong through this journey and struggles to keep up .

Great Way to Plan Your Nutrition
I love how this calendar helps me plan my week full of meals.By using this I became aware of how I was not getting enough protein through my lentils and such.My only suggestion would be to add a column for protein.I also bought some magnet charts to help me on my new food journey.

Awesome meal planner
I took a chance on this product with no reviews and I love it. It’s nice big paper, spiral bound, and simple. Hangs like a calendar. When you open it, the top page is a weekly planner and the bottom is a checklist of which healthy things you got enough of. There aren’t meat products included. This is exactly what I was looking for.
