PneumaticPlus PPC3C-N03G 3-Stage Compressed Air Dryer System – 3/8" NPT, Particulate & Coalescing Filter, Regulator Combo – Poly Bowl, Manual Drain, Clean Dry Compressed Air

I am on the west coast of Florida near Tampa, I run a 60 gallon two stage twin cylinder compressor. I have been through about two or three "water separators" so far and with a huge car paint job coming up, I wanted to get something better than a $30 separator that I've used in the past with little performance from them.At $140, this "3 stage air drying system" is no different. It does collect some water but not enough, the water was reaching my paint gun and I ruined half the car worth of priming because I got tiny water droplets which caused tiny rust spots. My fault for not stopping and fixing the water issue but luckily I was able to get the car back down to bare metal quickly for another go around.This time, I bought and installed a desiccant with water absorbing beads AFTER this 3-stage dryer. The water that this drying system lets past was soaked up by the desiccant and I now have 0 water at the paint gun.So, if you want dry air and live in a humid climate, this product along will not handle the task and you'll need additional filters/driers if you want really dry air. Definitely NOT good if you want to paint or plasma cut without water in the lines.

Regulator don’t adjust adjust accurately or read accurately

I bought this for final stage filtration of the air feeding my powder coating gun. It's keeping particulates and moisture out of the line and I couldn't be happier. I also use it to keep the air pressure at 60PSI which is the max that the gun needs.The mounting tabs make installation easy and the bowls come off with just a twist for cleaning. This is a great value and I would buy another without hesitation.

Almost made it 2 years. Regulater itself wont regulate anymore it just slowly brings itself to max pressure and now just leaks constantly from the top pretty bad, this is the second one that did this, first one lasted maybe a year. I wont get a third for the price.

Definitely happy with this filter regulated separator combo. Came assembled and ready to go, and pulls first pass of water from my air right off the bat. Works great and will purchase again for my other air system. Regulator gauge is a little small but once it’s set and your happy... I have this as the first step in my system post tank.

Easy fix for water in our air lines. Absolutely amazing how much moisture it takes out even AFTER it’s gone thru the first standalone separator. Highly recommend this product.
