Q: Will these leave nubmarks or stress the plastic on colored gunpla plastic like black,gold,blue,red,grey etc?

this cutter is designed to cut plastic parts such as model kits/gundam/mini 4wd products, feature a comfortable grip and the cutters are made from high-quality carbon steel. Tamiya Brand's cutter cuts parts much more smoothly, but this model 74093's cutting head is larger than others, it used to cut largers parts and its more difficult to cut out small or awkward pieces. maybe you can take a look at 74035 Sharp Pointed Side Cutter to form smaller and cleaner nubs.

Q: What's the difference between this and the more expensive Tamiya "pointed side cutter" (black handle)? Thx

Size! The Thx is a more delicate tool and the 74093 is for bulk cutting. In other words the Thx is a pruning tool and the 74093 is an ax!

Q: Will these work on pewter models?

Yes but not for very long before the teeth are damaged. I found that they are best for plastic or resin.
