Kingsley Smythe were so easy to deal with and delivered the furniture at the agreed time.The delivery guys were extremely polite and helpful, very nice people!The product itself is replacing an exact same item, that has lasted for 18 years, and this set will no doubt last just as long. It is very good quality, very sturdy and looks lovely.The parasol is good quality with a winding handle for easy opening. The cushions are very similar to the ones that we’ve had for the last 18 years, so I have no doubt about their durability and comfort.Overall we are extremely pleased with both the service we have received and the quality of the furniture!

The table and chairs are good quality. The seat cushions are flimsy, not very comfortable and mark easily.What really knocked the rating from 5 to 4 stars is the fact that the parasol wasn’t delivered with it.They are waiting for a delivery of them, I can understand that with shipping problems at the moment but what really annoyed me was that I had to contact them to find that out.They knew that there were problems and should have informed me before delivery.That they didn’t, tells me that their customer backup is quite suspect.

We were unable to find suitable garden furniture anywhere so we tried Amazon and bought this. It was delivered in a couple of weeks and it was easy to assemble. Lovely quality and very comfortable. They have been a good company to deal with and we are very happy with our purchase

Regrettably three chairs of six arrived damaged -badly cracked, arms & legs broken. All the cushions were badly stained on arrival. Laura at Kingsley Smythe replied straightway to my complaint and promised replacements- sending excellent replacement cushions immediately and delivered three replacement chairs as soon as they were available.The downside is that the original broken furniture should never have been sent out in the first place and that it took several weeks to get the replacements.However, Laura sent out the replacements without any hassle and made good in the end...The mark of a good & trustworthy supplier is how they deal with problems and that they are true to their word.Full marks Laura. ( minus one star for the original problem ).I would recommend a coat of teak oil on this set and though the cushions suppled are adequate, the quality of the patio chairs is well worth extra spending on some cushions with back rests.

Do not often comment on products but this definitely deserves one. Curitious and polite staff. Prompt response to questions.Quality workmanship would definitely recommend this product 👍.
