Since we will be adopting a mini doodle soon, I wanted to learn more about their care. Sadly this book is outdated and doesn't have any more information training information than your average book on training puppies. For example, this book recommends neutering your puppy before 6 months of age. But most veterinarians now recommend waiting until the puppy is at least one year old and has stopped growing. I had hoped for information on how to brush and trim the curly coat but it only says brush frequently.

My Labradoodle is only 4 months old and I needed help training. This was a good book to have!
