Likeable characters and entertaining storyline. This is the first book I’ve read from Kim McDougall. I look forward to the next book in the series.

Just recently found this author and this is the first of her books that I have read.A great cast of characters to get lost among and a great storyline. Looking forward to reading the next book

Kyra's first major adventures that we see involve a gargoyle, maybe unrequited love and a thunder of dragons. We learn about the title of the book - who knew?! I was surprised to find out what they did eat...We spent a substantial amount of time waiting for something to pass through the intestinal tract of poor Ollie. Unfortunately, Ollie, a baby dragon, was being sought by some pretty evil beings. Kyra was doing her best to monitor dragon poo whilst waging war with a variety of nasties. At least she had her banshee at home, keeping house and looking after her accumulated critters.I am loving this series.

Completely fell into this book. The author has done a fantastic job creating this world.Filling out the characters, history whilst leading you through the adventure.I will definitely be reading on . ..

LOTS happens! Still more unanswered questions about our main characters but a good start made on getting to know them. I think there's a bad guy hidden in the background still that's been alluded to and maybe future books will reveal more. Plenty of feels, loads of action and sentiment enough to leave you a little sad and a bit happy.

Yes just so much yes! The storyline the pace the characters and the way its all so well spun together with this author wonderful words. It read so smoothly and was funny cute and sad and exciting and adventures and clever!! I'm so happy there are more so I ca curl up and binge the lot! Excuse me whole I go happy dance!!

I loved this book. My only complaint is that it ended. Will follow the author for more. Really interesting with exciting characters.
