I purchased these insoles to place in my work boots because I'm on my feet 12 hours per day and my current and my current insoles were wore out .When you first start to use these they have a great arch support but take a few days to break in and form to the rest of your foot and fter they do they give you great support all over. I have tried many different kinds of insoles before and the seem like they will last a while unlike memory foam. I wear a size 10 1/2 so I purchased the 11s and trimmed them down just a bit to fit with scissors. I've been using these for over a month now and I seem to have less aches and pains and less fatigue after a lonng day of work.* I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my unbiased review and my review is 100% my own honest opinion*
