Start soft. Hold between index and middle finger tap back chest and under arms. Child will cough up the lung secretions.

Q: How can we use this? I’ve looked in google and YouTube couldn’t find how to use it!

I grip between fingers with cup down and “pound” vigorously on child’s back and under arms to loosen mucus when congested. I’ve used on my children and grandchildren from infancy to about 6 years old. Dr. warned DO NOT use over heart area on chest.
