Q: Can I boil milk without overspil or soup contineously ?

Never ever boil anything else but water. The pictures show different water temperature settings for different usages, but soup, hot chocolate etc is not brewed in the pot!

Q: I have removed the tea strainer but the top silvwr part of the lid wont stay on as there is nothing for it to screw into, any idea how i get round th

Put it back not meant to be seperated That’s what it s for May as well use a saucepan to boil water ,Use as intended and it s excellent ,Why buy to take main difference off

Indicates when switching off and on, never noticed any other indications but I don't think so.

Q: Does this kettle have a keep warm settings

No it doesn't. But you have 5 temperature settings from 60-100 °. Stays hot for quite a while.
