Q: Are the T-Pins also different diameters? I see that they are different lengths.

The diameters are a little bit bigger with each increase in size but not a lot. I had to hold them up to each other and really look at them to see the difference. The top of the pin is also a little longer with each increase in length of the pin.

Q: How much weight can these hold?

It holds my test leads from my DVOM and Scope, I use these for diagnostic work on vehicles so they can hold some weight I just would not over do it,hope this helps.

Q: Can I iron over these without them melting?

Never tried it, but I use them for jewelry making to pin down pieces that are being soldered. I use a torch that melts solder and sometimes the piece gets red hot and they will turn black, but not melt. I assume an iron is a walk in the park as far as heat by comparison.

Q: What happens if i make multiple orders in regards to the shipping charges?
