Put this in chopped chocolate brownies that turned out really good

I have tried Sao Tome, Bresil and Tanzania. Of these 3, Sao Tome has been my favorite. The flavor is slightly fruity, well-balanced, and not as bitter as the other two.Although I did like the chocolate and thought it was worth trying, I don't think it's good enough to buy it again at this price. I'll take a Lindt bar with sea salt for a quarter of the price and be just as happy, if not more.

All of Francois Pralus' chocolate is amazing, but this one is my favorite so far besides the Chula, and the Cuba one was surprisingly wonderful. I love the creaminess of the chocolate and a dark one at that. You can really taste the different aromas in all of them.

This is an amazing chocolate. Smooth and rich. We have to discipline ourselves not to eat it all in one siting. The other types they make are also really good but this is our favorite.
