Works well on a Kamado Ceramic grill ... cheaper than Soapstone
The product works well .... the groove ground just inside the circumference of the cooking side achieves little ... better to polish both sides and make it more versatile: i.e. cooking fish and meat on the same session ... flip the stone to prevent flavours transferring.

Pietra acquistata per sostituire quella del forno smeg, si tratta di un buon prodotto che non ha ha tempi eccessivi di preriscaldo e cuoce la base della pizza in modo impeccabile! Lo spessore maggiore maggiore non è un problema anzi la rende più resistente, la ricomprerei ad occhi chiusi!

E' abbastanza alta e cuoce perfettamente le pizze. Va fatta "scaldare" un po' vista l'altezza

Meglio dell originale
Dopo aver rotto due pietre originalo ho optato per questa la uso da piu tempo delle altre due, essendo un piu spessa dell'originale,ci mette più tempo a scaldarsi ma una volta scaldata è perfetta
