Works great.
I had a small little area next to the vanity and I was looking for a small towel warmer. I bought one on Wayfair that said it was 10 inches wide but when it showed up, it was actually 13 inches and it didn’t fit in between the vanity and the wall. So I scrambled for a towel warmer for this area and this one did very nicely. My only complaint is that to turn it on the switch is underneath so you’d have to almost get on your knees to reach it. What I did is I put it on a Lutron Caseta remote switch down low and a regular pico paddle switch up higher to make it easy to turn on and off.

Looks good on wall as towel hanger.
More of a novelty as it doesn't really warm towel too much. Helps w drying towel after showering tho.
