Not bad but Not bag in photos
Gigbag came quick and in great condition, unfortunately it is not the bag in the photos and only has one shoulder strap. It is very light as advertised and as a result has minimal padding. A good bag to use if your guitar is by your side and within eyesight. It Will stop scratching and damage from slight bumps but I’m wouldn’t use it to travel or gig with.A good scratch and dust protector which is probably a little over priced reliant on its branding.

Fine for the price
I've had a few Gator lightweight cases and gig bags over the years, and this feels a little less sturdy than those. Very light padding, and the zips seem lower quality. However, it's perfectly fine for the price and you don't buy an inexpensive gig bag and expect it to be armour plated!

Great bag for a Maverick X-1
Great bag for my explorer shaped Maverick X-1. The bag is just the right size, not too small and not too big. The design is plain with 1 large pocket and a zip that goes a long way around making it easy to put the guitar in there. Explorer bags need to be bigger than most due to the extra length required, but this bag makes it seem pretty normal when just standing up looking all innocent as to what's inside. Strong material too, although there's practically no protection from an external impact, which is surely typical of this kind of bag anyway. Recommended, as is the awesome X-1!

Very thin, not much padding.
Very thin and poor build quality. Only one shoulder strap... OK its cheap. Be warned Rob Chapman flying v doesn't fit. It won't zip up... Even if it did I wouldn't feel confident transporting any guitar in this. I took and chance and regret buying it. It really is rubbish but my fault. At £22 it was always going to be a poor choice. If this helps, the Chapman mlv Pro flying v fits the skb soft shell flying v case. Comparable to Mono about £100 but worth it.

Not great, but okay...
I was initially disappointed with this bag bought to protect my dean ml as it's a light weight, thinly padded bag. Admittedly, I'm comparing it to the bag that my Gibson explorer came in which was superbly padded and stiff enough to store vertically and from the description was expecting something similar. Sadly you can't compare the two, but the gator bag is made from good quality canvas, it's just the padding and the lining that could be better. It fits my guitar perfectly and I would buy it again now I know what it is like. Slightly more than a dust cover, but not by much.
