This is absolutely a dangerous product!!!! The little blue piece is just a plastic piece that goes on over the metal shaft. The slightest pressure and the blue piece pops off. Case in point I just left the urgent care because the piece popped of in my ear and tried to use tweezers but the piece kept hitting my dear drum. The dr said had it gotten a little deeper it could of puncture my ear drum! DO NOT GET!

So nasty to do, but it worked like a charm. I have tried everything and now I am so happy yo have clean ears I could cry. I took a screenshot of my nasty ear wax so you could see how well you can see the wax. My poor ears are so happy. It did seem to get hot as I used it.

This is super cool if you’re a nerd like me. The camera is surprisingly clear, even in the depths of my ears. It takes a little getting used to, but my ears have never been more clean. Very easy to get up and working. Download an app, turn on the pen, connect your phone to the WiFi from the pen and bam, start scooping wax. Don’t go crazy because wax does serve a purpose, but this can help with the excess. I’d buy this over and over again.

Why on earth do you thionk that you are entitled to all of my Private information? Since when do you need my date of Birth, Social Security Number and other privae information? I will be returning this scam Immediatly!!!!

This was super easy to pair with my phone and to set up. It’s great that it’s rechargeable, the picture quality is way better than expected for the price, and the features available on the app are great as well (like being able to record)! Small but annoying detail in regards to the seller - It comes with a card to register your product warranty and to receive a ‘free gift’. I typically register the warranty for these types of items, but upon attempting to do so I ran into several issues with the website. Contacted the email address listed on the card and the response was “Thank you for your reply. As a new seller on Amazon, your product review will do a large influence to our further business. If you are satisfied with our products, would it be possible for you to spend a few minutes in leaving 5-star review? After the review is displayed, we will give you a $5 gift card.” Which didn’t tell me how to register my warranty, and obviously requires a review for the ‘free gift’.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve had some ear wax buildup close to a year now that was causing some itching and irritation. Nothing was working to remove it. I was considering scheduling a doctor’s appointment for it. I decided to try this instead, and no regrets. Pulled out a disgusting, huge, hard, brown glob that must have been building up for years. (See video). I’ve been using this cleaner regularly and it’s still going strong.UPDATE: the removable spoons that slip on the tip have both broken with normal weekly use. After the first one broke I even tried being gentler with the second one. It still broke. Deducting a star.

If you're looking for a fun, easy and cheap way to see the gunk in your ears this is what you're looking for. Fantastic video quality for what it is. Although about 30 minute battery charge everytime, you shouldn't need it for that long anyway. Easily just plug it into a USB to charge it and it's good to go. Actual product gets warm when using it too so probably good to not use it for that half hour anyway. Comes with two little blue scoops you attach onto the camera and it's good to go. Download the app and connect it to your phone with wifi and boom. 100% recommend.

I think the idea of this product is great, and at the end of the day, it does work. my main gripes with the products come to the cleaning as well as the camera, which kind of go hand in hand. Once you get wax on the camera, due to the way the tip attaches to the base of the device it makes it extremely difficult to clean the wax off the lens, which wouldn't be too big of a deal if not for the fact that the lens being smeared with wax making it extremely difficult to see inside your ears. This may be an issue addressed in higher-end models, but it is the main complaint I have and makes the product largely unusable.

Used this once and it worked well after figuring out that it had to be paired with my router in order to connect it to my phone to see the camera. I used it once and it worked great. Has limitations to its use though, cannot be used to remove wax which is touching your eardrum as it could do some serious damage to the drum if you were not incredibly careful. After using it once i put it away and then went to use it again less than one week later. It would connect to my router for no more than around 20 seconds and then lose connection. My router was less than 6 feet away from me and i was sitting in the same place i used it previously, so not a distance issue. Sent item back and got a refund.

Alright, so while it worked, it worked great.But I would not recommend buying this product. The section that goes into your ear is very brittle, after a few uses the bit would crack, and make it so it couldn't hold tightly to the device. Meaning, it'd slide around and change orientation on you while you worked. Any further breakage might have left it stuck in my ear.It did come with a replacement, but that broke after 3 uses.The worst of it all though, is now the battery won't hold a charge. If I wanted to use it, I'd need to leave it attached to the USB cable, which is too tiny.

Dr.Pimple Poppers followers should buy this. Very satisfying.EDIT: the camera started to not work after 2 months. I loved this device and it was an “amazing recommended Best Buy” but I have since returned it.Don’t buy this.

This is most useful product to clean ear. Camera helps a lot to clean it thoroughly.Very easy to use and very helpful product.Instead of using Qtips directly, you must check everything first.
