After reading all of the favourable reviews about this product I decided to buy .I must say that I feel much better after taking this . The capsules are small and easy to swallow , tasteless and odourless , which is a bonus . They contain Marine Collagen , Hyaluronic Acid , Vitamin C and Vitamin E .This is a British Company and their products are made in the UK .They arrive in a beautiful black cardboard box and the supplements are wrapped in black tissue paper , which is both elegant and shows that they really do care about the customer .Packed with love and care !As an added bonus and real treat , I received a complimentary tub of Vitamin B Booster . I have mixed feelings on this item. I really wanted it to be be amazing as the packaging was amazing and lots of other reviews are. I DO feel the product works, as my skin and hair appear to be looking slightly better ...BUT, unfortunately every time I take this product, it either makes me feel sick, or it actually makes me vomit. I'm finding it really hard to keep the pills down - and I am very used to taking tablets and don't usually have an issue taking them. I will persevere as I am hoping the benefits will outweigh this , but time will tell.

I bought this product 8 weeks ago and the difference in my skin, hair and nails is incredible. My fine lines have visibly reduced, my skin is looking firmer, and my hair and nails have been growing much better. I have also noticed my old knee injury has been much better since taking Renew, the collagen is helping my joints as well as my appearance. The product arrived in a lovely gift box and looks very classy on my bathroom shelf. From what I have read about Fortress Health they are a great little family run UK business who genuinely want to make a difference to people's lives; Renew has had a positive impact on mine so thank you and keep up the good work! I would recommend Renew to anyone.

Fabulous product - I’ve been using Fortress Health products for some time now & I've really noticed a difference in my complexion, the moisture in my skin & the elasticity feels so much better. My hair is much softer & shiny & has started to show regrowth in areas that were thinning ... I just generally feel more energised & I’m sleeping better too. I do believe that the combination of B Vitamins & the Renew with the Daily Detox is contributing to the changes in how I feel. Thanks for being so helpful when I asked questions & needed guidance on what might work for me. I really am pleased with the results.

My renew product delivery arrived the next day after ordering, so great service, the packaging and presentation of the items were top class. I thought it was a very nice addition of the leaflet inside, which made it more personal and a good insight into the company.I started taking my capsules the very next day, I am rubbish at swallowing tablets, but these were really easy to take which was a relief.Already my skin feels fresher and clearer after just one week!! Started taking these 3 months ago after reading good reviews. Unfortunately not noticed any improvement at all.

This is my second bottle of these and I cannot recommend them enough. I did lots of research on these type of supplements and could not believe the prices of some of them. These are an amazing price for a 4mths supply.I have found that I have smoother skin, stronger nails and the problem areas in my hairline are not so much of a problem anymore. I will definitely be purchasing more of these and keeping up with the regime. A great product for an amazing price.
