Ich wollte diesen Hobel unbedingt haben, weil mich die Optik ziemlich anspricht. Er ist zwar nicht gerade günstig, aber extrem wertig. Diesen Hobel kann ich später mal meinem Sohn vererben. Allerdings muss man schon ein wenig aufpassen. Er hat zwar keinen offenen- aber irgendwie auch nicht wirklich einen geschlossenen Kamm. Auf jeden Fall ist er ein wenig zickiger als die anderen Hobel des selben Herstellers mit geschlossenem Kamm. Aber wenn man einmal mit ihm vertraut ist, macht er schon richtig Spaß. Mittlerweile rasiere ich mir nicht nur den Bart, sondern auch den Kopf mit dem Rocca und erfreue mich täglich über die schöne und gute Verarbeitung aus Holz und VA.

Title says it all , this should last literally a lifetime with one reservation the birch bark “wrapped “ handle . In terms of life span I would imagine this is the weak spot of this otherwise beautiful stainless steel razor .I Paid £105 and that is the most I would pay for it .Lovely razor excellent shave and does a superb job , just take your time and DO NOT apply any pressure when shaving just let the shaver do the work for a super close shave as good as any 5 blade expensive throw away type .Buy it and leave it to your son when you die it will keep going forever .100% recommend from me .
