Q: Just to clarify, does the order come with 1 curtain or a pair of curtains?

Just one, but it is lovely. I ended buying four. As someone else answered, however, they do not completely black out the light, but we have them in our bedroom and the work just fine even napping during the day. Makes the room feel like it is dusk outside, as opposed to black like at night.

Q: The smokey blue. Is it nearer to a true blue, or more towards teal? Also, it looks like there are stripes of less color - do the stripes look faded?

To me it’s more of a dirty like blue, I saw no teal. Yes the stripes have the faded look your talking about. I didn’t like them, I tried to but I finally gave them to Goodwill. id put them away and forgot about them until it was too late to return them. They kinda remind me of drapes that have hung in Grammas house for years and are old and faded. I can’t recommend

Q: Are the black curtains truly black, or are they grey? They look grey in the picture.

They are definitely grey. I think the picture is true to color. I just bought two more panels for another window because I love them so much. But be aware of the color variant also - they have faded out vertical lines of the pattern (every other one).
