The description says "the hook method doubles the leather thickness..." does anyone know what that means? (please answer only if you know.) thanks.

How long is this needle?

Holes on the edges of my glove are reinforced with metal rivets. The needle won't go thru the rivet holes. Do the needles come in a smaller diameter?

What color is this product? Copper? Silver?
