This thing looks just like in the photos. Only issue I had was some holes not lining up well, requiring me to forgo putting one set of screws in (didn't feel like drilling holes in the already fragile wood to make it work), but it seems to hold OK without them. Also, one of the doors didn't close well and required some adjustment to the closing mechanism. If you have a little know how, no big problems

I thought it wouldn’t take much time to put together because the front and sides were already connected. The back, bottom, top and inner shelf were separated (and handles).Adding the bottom was the first step, which was pretty simple. Then the next step was adding in the shelf and pins to hold it. Obviously the pins were easy. But the shelf just wouldn’t fit. I thought I would need to cut to fit. The directions didn’t specify which direction to put it in, and I was putting it in backwards. I looked at the diagram if I just missed that detail, but it wasn’t pointed out in the image.When it came time to put the top on, it was very difficult. It felt like it was just too big for the opening. I ended up spending about 20 minutes trying to get it to fit. In the process I smashed my thumb in between the top and side of the cabinet, creating a numbing feeling and a blood blister. I loosened up the screws at the bottom to see if I can slide the top on easier. I somehow applied the pressure in the right places and it popped in.Aside from the hassle, I think it’s beautiful and would purchase another one.We’re using it as a shoe cabinet in our entryway.Tip: have a flashlight ready for screwing the top into place, which is inside the cabinet.

Very cute piece. Very sturdy but, as others mentioned, assembly was a bit of a disaster. Not enough screw holes, the doors or backing did not align correctly so I had to nail the backing on and monkey with the door hardware to get it to work. It’s really perfect for looks and storage though!

No holes matched up and the top won’t fit because the cabinet isn’t square. All the wood was broke around one of the hinges. It’s garbage.

Great cabinet, really beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to see that most of it was already assembled. It was really quick and easy to set up.

The cabinet looks beautiful, and for that I gave it 2 stars, but it is so horribly made it's unbelievable! I actually got two of these for either side of my fireplace and both were made so horribly! The entire top piece wouldn't fit in the slot for it on one of them, so my husband had to actually chisel the wood on the inside so it would fit. The top of one of the cabinet doors is warped and for that reason it is almost impossible to open. The other doors are uneven and sit crooked and aren't flush with each other, and are also very hard or impossible to open. There are spots where the paint is uneven and you can see where the paint ran. The bottom inside of both cabinets doesn't meet the frame properly so there is a large gap you can see through. The list just goes on and on of problems these have. We have had cheap crappy furniture before, but this one seriously takes the cake for absolute worst made furniture we've ever owned!

There were some faded marks on the door but I had some cherry wood paint to touch up those areas and no one will ever know.

I really like the way this looks and it was easy to assemble. However, it wasn’t packed well and multiple parts were broken or scratched. We had to wood glue the back together because the seam was split and drill the piece back into the top so the top could be screwed to the body. Has a good bit of storage.I wish there were more holes for shelf height options and that the shelf in the one door side was different than the shelf at the two door side. It would have been nice to have height flexibility
