Many of the vitamins that I got in this order were discolored and obviously NOT fresh! Some had a normal color over part of the pill and on one end were decidedly darker on the other end. They looked either old or left on the sun or heated otherwise. I won't buy these again.

I switched to these largely to get the potent B-Complex tabs, but have been taking the complete packet every day and WOW what a difference it’s made - good sleep, better energy, more flexible joints.I consider the brands I was taking before this to be of decent quality, but they never gave me results at this level. This is quite a low price for all that you get too.

These preportioned vitamin packets are economical, handy and portable. You can just put your daily pack in your handbag or backpack and have it for whenever you choose to take your daily dose. There's 8 pills in each pack that contain: Vitamins A 10,000 IU, D 400 IU, B-1 100, B-50 Complex, Vitamin C 500 mgs, E 400 IU , Omega 3 Oils 1000 IU, Digestive enzymes. For about a buck a day you have all you need right there and handy.

Peter Gillham’s Life Essentials made in the USA " probably covers everything you would ever needed in terms of supplement. This package is for 1 month of daily intake of 1 packet a day. 30 packets, and it cost about $1 per packet/day. Each packet actually has 8 different pills of different sizes, some are easier to swallow than others.This seems to check all the boxes, made in USA, but this doesn't seem to be a big name brand. And the production quality and the overall product is lack a little bit of confidence, doesn't look like coming off of a big production line. Some of the packets seals better than the others. All of the pills look like that inside the plastic. It isn't eligible for return either. I don't know if it's safe to consume this way. I'm not sure what happened, but the vitamins don't look good.

I think these packets of tablets work fairly well. But would like to see it in just one single tablet instead.
