I bought this as a Christmas present for my sister and her family.There was a shipping delay, and I emailed the seller, they got back to me right away. The picture did end up getting here on time, and when it did it had a nice little note including their background story.I was very happy with the picture and it was pleasant to be able to read about the seller and the family business.

I liked this item because it reveals I put some time & thought into the wedding gift I chose for this special couple. This is more personal than simply logging onto their wedding gift site, clicking on items that have already been chosen and then I'm done with whole process. This item came packaged very well. The paper the photo was printed on was of nice weight and the photo came out crisp and clear. I framed it myself. I hope this couple appreciates it. I noticed there were few physical wedding gifts at the reception.

Our order came very quickly but was missing the frame and the mat, that we purchased. We did get our replacement the next day, though. I was very grateful for the quick costumer service! The print looks very nice and the matting and picture frame overall looks great and professional, but did seem a little overpriced for the frame material. My suggestion would be to have more options for the print size and have an option to buy the mat separately from the picture frame.

The wedding is at the end of the month and this is not the first marriage for both. I love it and I’m sure they will also.
