This Tillamook Sharp cheddar is very tasty and keeps for a long time without developing mold. Perfect cheddar for cooking, for chef salads and just snacking; have even baked cheese straws with it (yum!). Won’t buy any other brand.

So so delicious. Clean taste. Creamy texture. Melts superbly. Not organic but it is the next best thing.

I know Tilamook is an excellent brand so I confidently bought this cheese block for the first time recently. It is scrumptious! Great sliced and served with Ritz crackers. I will gladly buy this cheese again.

I tried a lot of other cheddar cheeses on Amazon Fresh, and I feel this is the best tasking Cheddar block that you can presently buy. A year ago, I had been purchasing the Cracker Barrel brand sharp cheddar, which was far superior in flavor, so of course Amazon stopped carrying it (literally everything that I really liked on Fresh got discontinued). So this is all they have now. It's okay, not bad, the others are worse. But you can definitely do better elsewhere.

I have nothing negative to say about Tillamook cheese. It is amazing and always has been since I was little. It is the best texture, flavor and amazing.
