The knickers were substantial

Main complaint from elderly person wearing this, it was too bulky and showed it's unseemly style whilst wearing stretch fabric trousers. Also for someone used to purchasing pretty colours and designs in the past, the look of and colour of this underwear was considered very very unflattering. Had the temerity to purchase quite a number of these from main UK supplier and that was an extremely bad idea as the target wearer said, "me na gonna wear dis ting!"

Very good fit and quality do the job perfectly

My wife uses them through the day but i'm not sure that they are suitable to last the full night

Comfortable and secure to wear but moisture soaked through almost immediately. Needs some sort of barrier between absorbant material and the fabric.

Very comfortable and soft against skin however, the pad is very thick and bulky between your legs. This makes your bottom look a lot larger, move over Beyoncé! Will only take a few drips at a time, a trickle is absorbed but then wetness spreads across the outside of the gusset dampening/wetting trousers. This is remedied by wearing plastic pants over the top. The fit is a little on the large side, I’m a size 10-12 (if they made a size 11 it would be perfect) and ordered the small size but found they are a little loose. My main issue with these is the twice I have worn them I have developed a urinary infection, the second time they were not wet at all. I have not experienced this with other brands of padded absorbent underwear. All in all a shame, I had high hopes for these as I am sensitive to all the disposable products on the market.
