For the price these chairs are excellent, it took us a little while to assemble them but no other problems so far.

Bourght this set maybe 3 week ago.yesterday I assembled it in less than hour.very easy .instructions are very simple.no tools needed.very sturdy and the cushions that came with it was perfect.

Quality garden furniture for the price. Slight issue when received but contacted seller ( Garden store direct) sorted straight away.Excellent customer service from them.

Just as expected. Took a little more effort to put together. Once completed, looks good on the decking. Added bonus that the backs are adjustable.

Balcony set returned as hard and uncomfortable although website claimed that you could comfortably sit in it from early morning until late evening. Seat cushion too thin. Disappointed in Keter Allibert as have previously had their balcony furniture.Returned and now £14.40 out of pocket due to a return charge plus vat.

The measure of a good company is their ability to correct an error. This company sent two left chair arms but when notified immediately corrected the error and promptly sent a replacement. Excellent service. The product was easy to assemble and looks good as backup seating. Win win all round.

Love the reclining chairs, well made and sturdy! Can be left out in all weathers though I take the cushions indoors! Only negative cushions are too thin

Very pleased with this product. Extremely comfortable, liked by pets too !
