MeacoDeluxe 202 Ultrasonic Humidifier and HEPA Air Purifier White

I have only just unpacked my humifidier and am shocked it has only a 2 pin plug. These are illegal in UK so why are you marketing it in the UK? Return window has just passed so I am left with an expensive product that can't be used. Absolutely fuming! I am very pleased to add that Meaco customer service has been brilliant. A replacement unit arrived today and the 'wrong' one taken away. Thank you for excellent prompt service.

I recently purchased a humidifier. When I use it, water leaks from the container, making a puddle every time, and the floor gets wet. I paid a lot of money, but it was a terrible experience. I want to throw it away and buy a new one right now. It's the worst thing I've ever bought. I don't recommend it to anyone who is going to buy one.

This humidifier has been used in a very large bedroom (6m x 4m ) I was hesitant given its compact size, that it would cope with the size of the room, but this little machine is excellent it copes well. It is very quite, especially night mode. The remote control is also a real bonus. Thoroughly recommend.

I researched a number of humidifiers and this is one of 5be few which offers the fill package. Monitors humidity, auto mode to maintain level, heparin filters, uv light, warm mist mode, night mode, remote control and fragrance diffuser. Wasn’t sure it would actually do it all but it does indeed. High quality, very well made, simple instructions, it has made a big difference to my sleeping/ congestion issues. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Perhaps wrong time of the year, but the left my daughters flat with wet floor? Was hoping to purify the air only. Remote not the most sensitive.Product completely failed to work in July 2022. No easy way to claim for repair or replacement. Phone call to customer care was pretty dud. Message left without response. Now, past 1 year mark of 13 August. This is very poor in both product and CS.

At first we liked this humidifier but the longer we used it the worse it got. It would randomly shut off even when the humidity level wasn't up to what was selected. the pictures make it seem larger than it actually is, which if you are using it for air purification also makes a difference as I have serious doubts as to how well this purifies the air. After 2 weeks of use we started it up and went to the store to find it leaking all over the place. Sent it back for a refund which cost me about £9 to ship back. It does put out a nice amount of vapor though.

I used this product to help alleviate dry skin. It's really helped. I'm a little confused by the 'auto' setting but it's no biggy
