I received my stretch wrap dispenser in 2 days and have already wrapped 8 pallets with it. Works like a charm! Very happy with the dispenser and the quality of the unit. Just a note to others: Make sure to read the instructions! I first loaded the film on the dispenser so that it dispensed clockwise. That can tighten the knob assembly and create it to get to tight. After using it a bit I realized that I had it loaded wrong. I had not read the directions... live and learn! Once I realized that and turned the film over, it was smooth sailing!

There are cheaper ones out there, but I use my shrink wrap so much I decided to spend the money to get one that is very highly rated. I’m so glad I did. This thing is great with very good control over how quickly the shrink wrap comes off the real. This thing has changed my life! OK, that might be a stretch, but this certainly makes wrapping pallets stuff so much easier then by hand, which is how I have been doing it. I also wrap a lot of small things to keep dust off of them in our shop, and this works really good for that as well having it just sit on our workbench. If I lost this one, I would immediately buy another of this exact same brand. this is Well Worth the money to me.

This is a great product! Made well not cheap crap. Adjusts for the size and torque you need. Came with a little American flag and a thank you note from the company! Really who does that anymore.... I'll tell you who! Americans who have worked hard for what they have, appreciate their customers, their country, and their freedom! God bless these people and this country!

LOOK NO FURTHER! We’re a small antique shop, and needed to wrap and protect all our inventory and furniture during some major construction. We’d tried another brand and lost pieces of china because the dispenser would arbitrarily hang up or drag and pull on the item being wrapped instead of the wrap! THIS product allowed us to smoothly wrap ENTIRE SHELVES with the pieces still standing on them! It allows for the use of a number of different sizes and thicknesses of wrap, so even outdoor sculptures were protected! We SAVED days of time and thousands of dollars! Thank you so much for a thoughtfully designed product that never gave out or changed its resistance even at the end of the roll of wrap! We were also grateful for the simple directions. The holder is sturdy and well made, which you have a right to expect for the price. It will work fine for the largest role, and if you have a need for the versatility of different sizes, I guess this is a plus. But because you have to thread the rod by turning the knob on top, using a smaller roll on this device is a tedious pain in the neck to make the adjustment. If you don’t change rolls frequently it probably isn’t an issue for you.

Very good quality product! I'm very impressed! Got it in 2 days with Amazon Prime and put it to use right away. I like the tension knob as it allows me to really stretch the film tightly and therefore uses less film to wrap a pallet. Was a bit worried when I backed over it with the forklift, but no damage! Built tough! I don't give reviews often, but felt this company warranted it. Plus, plus....Made in the USA!

My team used this tool to wrap several pallets for a recent project. It seems like a product designed and constructed for heavy use. If I had to provide a one word description, that word would be "Sturdy".I also like that it is American made.

I'm using it for 18" rolls, and it works great. When you first get it you have a 50/50 chance of loading it correctly, without reading the directions. So read the directions because that 50/50 is more like a 1% chance of getting it right. It is only 1 page so read it, instead of complaining about it. I'm making a wall adapter for mine since I'm wrapping odd shaped items, and It's easier to hold the item and pull the wrap onto it.
