Very convenient. Love this Red light therapy for my back. Has worked great . Purchased year ago March just quit working. Had one year warranty so I am out of luck. I did really like this unit. It will be missed.

I wanted to use this after a knee replacement. The photo showed a person holding it on their shoulder. What it doesn’t show was how much force was needed to get it to bend! This item was very rigid and virtually unusable for me. I returned it.

Stopped working just short of 2 years after purchase, unable to find a way to see if warranty or discounted replacement can be done. Couldn't find a way to contact seller thru Amazon nor on the web. Feel free to contact me, I liked the unit but am disappointed that it no longer works.

Tends to heat up, thus should not be used in contained space against body

It's a contradiction in terms to have a health device which unnecessary effuses plastic stench (pthalates? DEHP?) like a shower curtain. It's particularly bad when the device is kept warm and close to the body (which is obviously the whole point). I wonder how much of this crap I'm actually absorbing. It makes me nauseous and my skin actually smells of it, albeit slightly, after use. In any event, there's really no reason for this, as the device is barely flexible anyway and might as well be shielded with hard transparent plastic. That way, they could also get rid of the ziplock carrying case that it comes in, into which it barely fits as it is.Also, it sometimes doesn't come on until I replug the USB into a power source. Minor issue.I still gave it 2 stars because, apart from the above, the device works very well. It definitely does address aches and pains to the degree that one would expect from the science on photobiomodulation via these 2 particular infrared bands.
