After too long using crappy ropes at the gym and buying overpriced and underwhelming ones at the store, I’m glad I finally upgraded. This is easily the best speed rope I’ve ever used. It’s durable, easy to adjust, and smooth enough to double-under to my heart’s content. The cable is light and fast, and the handles are substantial enough to feel the burn in my arms. Best of all, it even comes with an extra cable in the event that the original finally starts to wear through.

I never got to use it as it was missing a screw that holds the handle on one end. Would not recommend this one.
