Knox Gear Shock Mount for Blue Yeti X Microphone
V**E
Minimalistic and does the job without making your mic look like it's wearing a huge hula hoop
Pro:-Minimalistic-Compared to the Blue Radius, this is as minimalistic as it gets minus the huge rings-Doesn't look too distracting like other 3rd party shock mounts or Blue's 'official' one-the area that the Yeti X sits on is snug and fits perfectlyCons:-A tad pricey, $29.99 is a bit on the steep side for a 3rd party manufacturer-the part that holds your Yeti X is completely plastic - metal with rubber shock dampeners would've been preferable-Unlike an item I saw in the U.K., this shock mount does not come with screw hole covers - the holes on the sides of your Yeti X are completely exposed, it would've been nice had sides actually covered up the exposed holes of the Yeti X. For some reason, the plastic cutout almost intentionally exposes themConclusion: The Blue Radius (Blue's 'official' shock mount) is sturdy AND expensive. Plus the rings that provide shock absorption on the Radius has such a huge radius (no pun intended) that it will make a mic look like Star Trek's Deep Space Nine space station (lol). I came across this shock mount by accident. And I'm glad I did. It's minimalistic and reminds me of the shock mount that the Quadcast S has (minimalistic and not too distracting). I think the price is a bit on the steep side considering that a majority of this mount is plastic, but overall, it does the job

CABLES BBROKE
The cables that hold together the whole thing snapped on me. After about 3 weeks of use, mind you after I installed my yeti mic I did NOT MOVE IT! Not sure why they snapped, hopefully someone from there customer service team reaches out and makes this right.

THANK YOU
I had originally gotten a mount for my blue yeti x for about $26 and it was so wobbly and cheap. It couldn’t handle the weight of the microphone. I needed a replacement since I stream and want to have the best audio I can with my current setup and came across this. It had no reviews but i took a chance and was impressedIt fits my blue yeti perfectly, literally was made for the blue yeti only due to the shape of the microphone. It felt cheap-ish since the one I’m replacing was metal and this is super hard plastic but it’s sturdy. It’s also very strong and the screw is sturdy also.No wobbles at all and it’s small which I wanted since I didn’t want anything bulkyOverall I suggest strongly!

Fits the Rode PSA-1, but make sure you have the 3/8 adapter.
Fits the Rode PSA-1 mic arm with the 3/8 adapter, the Yeti-X is a perfect fit in this shock mount.
