Good product and yellow torque tab makes installation/removal easy
I use these on my backpack blower to retain the blower tube to the engine. I have to remove the tube every time for storage. This is my 2nd purchase. Quality is good and I love the big tab for torquing. The plastic does occasionally break after it gets old but still much better than using a screwdriver.

The item works as described and expected. I like having the thumb key so I don’t need to deal with going to my toolbox to install or adjust.

Great item, just needs a small improvement in the design
Works great, but as another reviewer stated, you can only turn the clamp one way. It would be great if they could add a piece that would let you tighten it head-on, or from the side. If you need to get into a tight space and eventually there is no more room for your fingers to turn the key, just stick from pliers in there and give it a few final turns. I would definitely buy this again.

I bought a set of these (2 in a package) to tighten the end of my new Dundas Jafine BTD48TC ProFlex Clothes Dryer Transition Duct UL). They worked great on the end that attaches to the vent pipe at the wall, but not so great for the dryer end. The problem with using these wing nuts or keys or whatever you call them is that they are designed for easy turning. That's a problem??? They are not designed for cramped spaces, and my dryer vent pipe only has about 5/8" of metal tubing sticking out. When I installed this clamp on that end, the 'wings' on either side of that nut kept hitting the back of the dryer. When i tried to turn the nut, anyway, the wings pushing away from the back of the dryer kept pushing the clamp out of place. My solution? Use a regular clamp (with a slotted hex nut) for the dryer end of your dryer vent hose. Better idea for the Manufacturer? Redesign the screw drive that tightens the clamp as a side - mounted worm drive, and you can keep the easy to use wing nuts in that case, because they really would be easy to use!

Yeah, I read "Stainless Steel" then did not read the next line about the screw not being stainless. Rusted in a year.

These are nice light duty clamps. Just like the standard clamps, but with the turn key on them. Superior to cheaper stamped thread clamps.
