EdmundsHC Handi Clamp Plastic Ball Knobs, 4-Pack

What a shoddy piece of work! I am going to send them back. They are worthless and the screws start coming out of the knobs before your even close to getting your needlework close to being able to work on it. Don't buy these or your going to be returning them.

It is advertised to fit the Edmund Scroll Frame. They do not fit. The knob slides over the screws as the center threading is meant for a larger screw.

These were purchased as extra pieces for my Handi Clamp scroll frame. They fit perfectly, well made.

These do NOT fit the screws that come with the stand. Unusable

I'm furious. After careful planning, purchasing and Edmunds scroll frame, these wood knobs, a tote bag, and other supplies, I purchased the needlepoint I'd been longing for two months later. Today I put all the supplies together, to begin work on the needlepoint, only to find the Edmunds brand knobs DO NOT FIT EDMUNDS BRAND SCROLL FRAMES! Shame on the Edmunds for selling utter garbage. These are so large, they can just slide right up and down the bolt screw, not catching threads at all. I was really looking forward to having the easy to use knobs, instead of the wingnuts that hurt my fingers to properly tighten. In the past two months I've purchase four Edmund's scroll frames, in various sizes, because I like to work on multiple projects. I planned to purchase the knobs for all of them. Thank heavens I didn't waste more money on them. I'm going to purchase more QFrames in the future, rather than Edmunds.

Pay attention when ordering - these are SPECIFIC for the Handi-Clamp scroll frame system - they are NOT the correct size for most legacy scroll frame systems (like velcro attach method or basted canvas attach method scroll rods) As long as that IS what you are ordering them for - they are perfect - and so much easier to tighten/loosen than the round wooden knobs.
