Melts great! Smooth and doesn’t seize up when following the directions.

I've ordered this product before without any problems and really liked them but my last order arrived melted and inflated like they were about to bust. There is no way to return this so I won't be ordering them again since i can't trust I'll get a good product. I rather pick something else from the grocery store. Now I just have 2 lb or garbage that cost me $14.99. What a rip off

I usually am not a fan of white chocolate, so I didn't have great expectations for this (used/needed for white chocolate buttercream - ignore my "piping"), but I definitely liked the taste! So much so I've bought another pkg - the label looks different from the first, so I'm hoping the flavor is the same (still have some white chocolate truffles left so don't want to open it yet:). I melted it in a double boiler, and also made some molded heart chocolates (you can kind of see them at the back of the remaining cake). It was still quite thick but when I put it into the silicone mold it seemed to liquify - lumpy to melted :) - and they came out perfect.

I’ve never worked with these baking chips before so I wasn’t sure what to expect if they were unsweetened unsweetened. But I get it. They’re sweetened to perfection so that you could melt them and dip things in them and you’re ready to go. Milk chocolate has a lot of oxalates and I’m trying to go as low oxalate as possible and white chocolate does not have oxalates. So I’m exploring more of the white chocolate options. I would preferred a no sugar added white chocolate chips so I will keep looking, but these are actually amazing and it’s quite a large bag. They are a smooth creamy, perfectly sweetened delight.

I bought the 5lb bag to use for when I made my Oreo truffles for Christmas baking. These definitely did not disappoint. I used the double boiler method to melt them. I left the double boiler on low and worked out of the pan while it was still on the stove. Kept the chocolate from cooling and hardening. The consistency was perfect had no issues with it getting too thick. I was about to coat 140 Oreo truffles with the 5lb bag. Will definitely be buying these again instead of fighting with melting chocolate chips.

Just in case you’re wondering, this is not gluten free and will give your gluten sensitive loved ones a reaction 😢
